Phillip had a 4 month battle with bowel cancer before passing away peacefully at home on 15th March 2012 at 3.40pm aged 39. Phillip was a fighter but unfortunately this illness weakens even the best. He was brave to the last. His only concern was for others. I am thankful Phillip was able to spend his last 2 weeks at home. We were together constantly and I was holding his hand at the end.
