This is where it all began and there was no looking back. As soon as we had fine, dry weather Phillip lit a barbecue. He usually started in March! Phillip was the king of the barbecue and liked nothing better than having family round for a good time. I've lost count of the number of evenings I've spent talking with Phillip on the patio, and listening to the radio, only to realise we weren't going to eat until about 11pm because we were having such a good time he didn't start cooking until late. I am going to miss those evenings, so normal, but so special. I'm also going to keep Phillip's barbecue tools in case Benjamin wants to follow in his Daddy's footsteps.
