I can remember back to the days when Sian and Phillip met. The school days. Fun times. As my best friend, we would share many secrets. We all knew of her love for Michael Jackson, sexy Prince and the other love of her life, Nikki her dog. But I also knew of her obsession with one guy, the one and only Phillip James Yeoman. We spent many a sleepover plotting how to get her man. She must have wrote his name in 101 different artistic styles and hoped every day that he'd be walking home from school to his Nan in Mill St and going the same way as her. I didn't know too much about him really, being a year older than us but Sian seemed to do the research. She never gave up on that shy guy and successfully got her man. I learned some years later of their marriage and the birth of their son, and always thought what a lovely family they must be. If I know Sian Yeoman ( Sealey )she will do her utmost to keep Phillips's memory alive and celebrate his life, even through her devastation of her loss.
